Step 1:
Inital Investigation
Speak with representatives from the C Suite, Management, Supervision and Workforce to shape the questions we ask of employees, supervisors, and managers. Investigate other local demographic, cultural, folkways and mores impacting the relationship.
This is an on-site activity.
Step 4:
Analyzing Surveys
Understanding what we've heard! The questions are formed to be used as a set. The answer to one question may work to explain more than one other question.
This is done off-site.
Step 2:
Creation of your Surveys
Creating meaaningful survey questions which help focus activities takes time and is crucial to success.
This step is often done off-site.
Step 5:
Creating Counselling Plan
Based on the survey analysis, I construct a comprehensive plan to engage the organization. Each plan is different and each is specific to the organization and its survey.
This is an off-site activity.
Step 3:
Conducting your Surveys
Conducting the surveys can be done through automated methods, such as SurveyMonkey or UKG, or surveys can be taken orally in person or via phone or social media. The approach will be tailored to your organization.
Step 6:
Counselling and Coaching
Training, counselling and development sets the stage for improvement. Once the expectations have been set, the management team is responsible for the on-going implementation, measurement and follow through.
